The problem
An unclear construction specification rebounds after publication: bidder queries pile up, change orders become inevitable, and in the worst case a formal challenge follows. VOB/A requires a clear and exhaustive specification — and it is cheapest to check before the documents go out.
Our approach — in validation
What prüfr is meant to do, stated honestly from the current state of validation:
prüfr reads your tender documents before publication and checks the bill of quantities for contradictions, missing items, inconsistent terms, and gaps against the VOB/A mandatory contents. Constructively, with one goal: a clear and exhaustive call for tenders before it goes out the door.
The pilot partners we are looking for
We are looking for a small number of pilot partners, not a marketing wave. Public-sector construction awarding authorities that procure regularly and can invest a short pilot period together with us. The format: a first conversation, a clear pilot scope, mutual commitment.
