The problem
An unclear construction specification rebounds after publication: bidder queries pile up, the incoming bids become hard to compare, and in the worst case a formal challenge follows. VOB/A requires a clear and exhaustive specification — and it is cheapest to check before the documents go out. Once the bids are in, the second round of legwork starts: formal compliance, suitability, soundness, award criteria. Every assessment must be documented, every decision justified.

We are looking for a small number of pilot partners, not a marketing wave. Public-sector construction awarding authorities that procure regularly and can invest a short pilot period together with us. The format: a first conversation, a clear pilot scope, mutual commitment.
