BlackSwanAI parses GAEB natively across all relevant formats: X81 (bill of quantities), X82 (cost quotation), X83 (bid request), X84 (bid submission), X85 (side offer), X86 (contract award) plus the D variants D81 and D83. Positions, titles, optional/alternative items, units and quantities are captured as structured data — not as flat text.
Is BlackSwanAI GDPR-compliant and EU-hosted?

We implement the measures that matter for it: hosting, database and file storage run on Open Telekom Cloud in Frankfurt; AI-supported processing for auftragr and prüfr takes place exclusively within the EU; our contracts with the providers used exclude any use of your input data for model training; and we provide a data processing agreement (AVV). We do not use language-model providers that process data outside the EU. The subprocessors used are named in our Terms and Privacy Policy. Assessing GDPR compliance for your specific use case remains with you and your data protection officer.
